We are not getting any younger (and so our families wich are still in Italy) and we are moving to a day business that will require less of our time and that would give us more travelling flexibility if needed
We are e very established pizzeria, and we have been pionners of "the new era of pizza' that has changed Sydney offer over the years. We make traditional Italian pizza served in a very Authentic environment, from the food offer to that staff, from the ingredients to the service.
Balmain is a mix bag of young families and professionals that like to live in a community environment, thas why they call Balmain 'the village'. Early diners (families with young kids) as well as late couples that look for good food and drinks.
The location has the 'little town vibe' as well has being located walking distance from Sydney CBD.
