With the first F45 studio opening in Sydney in 2012 - the brand has grown globally to over 3,000 studios world wide. F45 Victor Harbor entered the franchise in 2021 as a brand new studio holding a steady membership base from inception and making a mark on the community with something different to offer fitness enthusiasts in town.
