Would suit either a young motivated engineer looking to advance their career by working within their own business or a more experienced engineer looking for a lifestyle change with an immeadiate income stream.

Current office hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

A small structural/civil engineering consultancy (two full-time engineers including owner and one part-time engineer & draftsman) located in Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Established in 2001. Annual average turnover of $485k for the last three (3) financial years. Long-term clients (20 years plus) make up the majority of our business. Typical work includes structural and civil design & documentation of small (residential) to medium (commercial) sized projects. On-site inspections are also carried out as well as insurance inspections & reports on damaged buildings. The sale is on a walk-in, walk-out basis with 5 computer work stations and all furniture fixtures and fittings.
History
The practice was established in 1994. In 2001 the process of growing the practice began. The practice moved from a sole practitioner, where John complemented his skills with other professional staff.
We continue to promote ourselves as a progressive, forward-thinking and expanding team. We continue to provide a personal consultancy service to both the building industry and the general public. We maintain a strong reputation for quality service and friendly advice within the professional disciplines the management and staff have to offer.
