In order to sustain the success of the eCommerce business, it is crucial for the owner to be completely invested in handling the daily operations such as sales, marketing, purchasing, customer care, social media management and top line strategy.
About the Business
We currently have more than 45 brands available on our site and have a comprehensive top-level strategy to increase this number to nearly 60 by the end of the year.
Our team is passionate and many of our contractors have been with the business since its inception.
Our tech stack includes Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias and Okendo with some other minor apps that assist with gifting and implementing spend-and-save campaigns.
Our Shopify preferred dev team completed the build of this site, which is now three years old. They have remained on a project basis over time to update the site, conduct annual tech audits, and ensure that the site is as up-to-date as possible.
