East Coast Restorations, including Duncan's Carpet Cleaning, is a well established, Northern Rivers based cleaning and restoration business. The business was established in 2000 and initially provided carpet cleaning services from Kempsey to Murwillumbah. The company quickly expanded to contract cleaning, carpet drying and restoration services in 2004, structural drying in 2006 and fire restoration in 2007. From there the company moved into Ultrasonic Cleaning, a process that uses high frequency cavitation vacuum bubbles that search out and implode, reaching areas unable to be cleaned by hand or other devises, effectively removing soot, mould, scale etc from any surface. The company now has the ability to source work any where on the East coast and inland of NSW and QLD.
Ultrasonic cleaning has proven to be cost effective following fire and flooding events, reducing the level of household loss to an industry benchmark of 5% to 10%. This has proven to be appealing to insurance companies offering considerable savings to insurers and home owners.
