From a humble start serving 50 cars a day, we now boast 9 locations across 5 regional areas in 2 states with many sites serving 400 – 500 cars per day.

Marketing support
Our marketing team work on both a national and local level. They are responsible for ensuring the consistency and growth of the brand across multiple channels. They also look after any promotional activity and offer training and support in LAM (Local Area Marketing). Remember, if you’re not successful, neither are we. We believe that a strong and effective business relationship between franchisee and franchisor is critical to the success of each individual business, and the franchise system overall.

Our comprehensive training program includes:
• 5 days of manager training at Head Office/company drive-thru.
• Comprehensive on-site training before and after opening.
• Basic computer processing skills training.
• Thorough training in all areas of the business to manage and grow your new Fast Lane Drive-Thru Coffee franchise.
Skills
The successful selection of quality franchise partners has played a pivotal role in the success of The Fast Lane Drive-Thru Coffee business. We are looking for committed owner/operators who are dynamic, passionate about coffee & want to provide excellent customer service. Prior experience in food preparation is not needed as The Fast Lane trains its franchises in all aspects of the business. Our franchising team are looking for applicants who love our brand, our products, are determined and willing to work in a fun & vibrant environment!

History
The first day of trade was November 2009 with a team of four motivated and enthusiastic individuals. We served 50 cars that day. Within six months we were serving 200 cars per day, and by the end of the first year we were serving 250 cars per day. After completing due diligence and researching the possibility from every angle, we decided to open a second site in Dubbo in June 2011, and our team quickly grew to 10 staff members who were serving more than 400 cars per day.
