The client base are usually owner occupiers buying and selling as they move about with some small scale developers completing subdivisions. The business has a SPEAR registration to make these easier to settle.
All file are kept electronically with Trisearch as the current database. There are some paper files are held for prior to 2020. Being online has facilitated working from home and remote work with ease.
The office is located on the corner of a main road with signage and attracts attention and clients enquiries. The space is compact but sufficient, if in need of a few cosmetic improvements. It’s condition is well reflected in the low rent on offer, though taking the lease would not be a condition of sale and the business will still thrive based on the existing customer goodwill built up.
In addition to all the current WIP and database, the sale price includes the trading name, telephone number, email and website domain and computer and printer equipment. The owner is willing to stay on to facilitate a seamless transition so that you can hit the ground running.
This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced conveyancer with (or willing to obtain) a conveyancing license looking to go out on their own and have a business they can step into and be earning from day one. Or a larger or legal practice looking to expand.
