It is currently based in Horsley Park, Sydney but can be relocated within the general Sydney NSW area (subject to franchisor approval)

Franchise agreement is current until May 2027 + 5 year option

Franchise fee is 6% + Marketing Levy of 6%

Training is 2 weeks in Brisbane

Vehicle is a 2017 Hino 500 Series 1022
Milage approx. 220,000km
(includes new discharge auger, new mixer auger, 2 new rubber mats, multiple tubs of form oil, Rapidard, Crete off etc)

Potential turnover - $450,000
(There is no shortage of work available in this region)

Concrete Taxies are well suited to Owner Operators

General hours
Monday - Saturday, with an early finish on some Saturdays
Generally 4 - 5 jobs per day

4 - 5 weeks holidays each year

Possible return to an owner/operator was $140,000 EBITDA

Potential includes:
Weekend work / Night work
Employ another driver to maximize available work
