EESA Constructions - Sales & Solutions sector - is a well established supplier to Tier 1 Builders, Civil Contractors, Lanscaping companies, General Builders and Retail clients. The business has been at the same site for 25 years and enjoys repeat business in the Retail area and Competitive activity in the major market segments.
The product range can be expanded upon and has recently seen the addition of Polymer Sleepers to the Retaining Wall range. This complements the exclusive supply of Rigid Mesh Gabion walls in the North Queensland region - and both could benefit from further market development activity
There are several distribution arrangements in place - some exclusive - but all generate excellent returns to the business. There is no limitation on the new owner introducing any other lines to the business and we consistently listen to the market to identify new opportunties for products to keep in stock.
