Charis Home Cleaning is a successful home Cleaning business based in Melbourne. Started in 2019 the business now turns over 2.5M and is growing strongly year on year. We want to share our proven formula for success and partnership with franchisees in australias major cities. Unlike other franchisors you will have rights to the entire city, meaning you can grow a multi million business. We are looking for long term partners who want to run a successful business over the long term.
We will coach and mentor you from day 1. Our aim is that you will eventually oversee a business that runs self sustainably without your direct input.
You will need to demonstrate that you have the diligence, vision and skills to run a large business.No upfront fees, full rights to our name, IP and assistance within your entire city. We will work with you to ensure your success. Flat 2.5% revenue commission.
Marketing support
We will give you immediate access to all our contracts with immediate work ready to go and a clear proven means to grow the business to 7 figure turnover.
Training provided
Ongoing mentoring and coaching. Access to all marketing materials, shared sofware and policy documentation. We will ensure you are set up to succeed and will walk with you through the whole process from start up to successful self sustaining business.
Skills
Long term vision, good phone manner, good business sense, ability to multitask, reliable, trustworthy, hard working.
Length of Agreement
5 year agreement with opt out clause at no cost with 1 month written notice. Ability to onsell the franchise directly.
