'Cayman' is a fresh, new, exciting Brand that offers budding cafe entrepreneurs in South-East Queensland an opportunity to own an exceptional boutique cafe with the security of being supported in the background by a highly experienced network of hospitality professionals.
'The Cayman experience' begins the moment customers view the store and take in the bright, colourful and sophisticated design that accenuates the relaxed coastal style theme. Once at ease in the surroundings, our customers can experience premium coffee, a fantastic range of light meals and delicious cakes, including seasonal and promotional products.
An emphasis on exceptional customer service also adds to a unforgettable experience. All of these elements provide a proven platform to kick-start your success.
Our menu caters to a broad cross-section of customers and simultaneously maintains a focus on high-quality, delicious items that will encourage customers to develop a desire to return and an enduring loyalty to the Brand.
'Cayman' launches on the Gold Coast in late-2022 and intends to expand along selective coastal areas of the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. We are keen to find the best sites in these regions and partner with the best people so as to jointly build successful businesses together.
Marketing support
Our highly experienced marketing team is responsible for creating and executing both national and local area marketing campaigns in conjunction with our franchisee network. These marketing initiatives are designed to support each Cayman store and reflect the unique characteristics of the Brand.
Training provided
• Comprehensive 6 week pre-opening training + ongoing support
• Business support and ongoing assistance in managing the day-to-day store operations
• The opportunity to grow your business and build a saleable asset as part of a
successful network
• Initial and ongoing technical support coupled with access to extensive experience
and support through Operations, Marketing, Finance, Admin., and HR
• Systems and processes for day-to-day management of the business
Skills
