Considerable room for expansion as I have been semi retired for several years and no longer do commercial work or upholstery, both of which were a significant part of my business. I also trimmed a number of real estate offices which allowed me to operate closer to home. I can assist you with marketing and expansion ideas if you so wish. Turnover is considerable and my normal hours of trade are from 10am to 2:30pm give or take, 5 days a week. This will give you the time to learn and familarise without putting yourself under pressure.

Clients are mainly regulars and real estate property managers. I have a policy of only taking on real estate if they pay promptly within the month while general public pay on the day.In addition to carpets, I regularly clean tile and grout. There is additional scope to add other forms of cleaning such as windows, house cleans and pressure cleaning if you so wish. All of these services are in high demand and the customer base is there for you to offer it.
The vehicle and truckmount are regularly serviced and you are welcome to make further enquiries with my service technician.
