Sole Trader caretaking business contracting to Body Corporate sites located in Hawthorn, Ivanhoe, Camberwell, Heidelberg, Cheltenham and Carnegie. The business requires a contractor to undertake site maintenance weekly, fortnightly and monthly over approx 25 home ( Units ) based sites. Tasks include mowing, gardening and general upkeep for all plant, tree and body corporate common areas. Cleaning glass windows, stairwells, mop floors, wipe hand rails, supplying common area lights and globes, returning bins, maintaing independant common areas as required by the body corporate scope of works.
The business is 65% garden maintenance. 25% Cleaning and 10% miscellaneous requirements as they come up. There's huge scope for more work within the same field or additonal ( Ie Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, Landscaping, rubbish removal, Handyman services etc ) if desired and the current encumbant works a flexible 30 hour week to accomodate school aged children.
