Turn Back Time Cafe is a long standing, well established family run business that has been trading for the past 11.5 years.


Perfectly positioned at the front of Shaws Arcade in the heart of Moe and seating up to 60 patrons inside and an additional 8 outside, the cafe is just a short distance from other businesses, train station, library, schools and is directly across the road from the new skate park.


With a loyal customer base the business turns over an approximate 20kgs of coffee alone per week, with plenty of other drinks as well.


It has a fully functional kitchen serving breakfast and lunch as well as fulfilling catering jobs during business hours. There is a walk in pantry with ample space and an additional storage room at the rear of the shop.


The business is fully wheelchair accessible and has a single large bathroom available for customers to use.


Long term staff are all in place and handover is available. The current owners would love to see a like minded person/people with a passion for good quality home cooked food take ownership. The business has been their lives for the past 11+ years and the community they have built along with it means a great deal to them.


New owners will have the opportunity to take over and run as is successfully, currently open 7 days a week;

Monday - Friday from 7am until 2pm

Weekends from 8am until 12pm

or can take things further by opening nights as well.
