Across Floors Pty Ltd don't have the overheads of floor covering companies attached to a group, therefore we are able to pass our savings onto our customers and along with our expert sales/estimating team and installers, it is the formula for our successful business. Across Floors are located in a high traffic area, with a retail shop that has excellent street front exposure, commercial portfolio and an attached warehouse, excellent staff in place and a long lease. We do very little advertising, most of our business is return business and word of mouth. So there is plenty of room for expansion if you choose to advertise.
With Covid 19 affecting all of us, our government and commercial work came to an end during the finalcial year ending 2021 and our figures have been lower than the previous financial year, but still more than porfitable. This financial year has turned around for us and Across Floors is back on track with government and commercial work flowing in again.
Our gross turnover just under $4Million
Townsville is a high growth area, with many of our Southerners moving up to the Covid free tropics. Zero cases to date. We have excellent state and private schools and James Cook University is world renowned for their medical and science degrees.
Magnetic Island is only a 20 minute ferry trip away, and is 70% National Park and touches the Great Barrier Reef.
Townsville and Magnetic Island are dry tropics located in North Queensland which doesn't mean we don't get rain we are just don't get inindated rain most of the year like Cairns and Far North Queensland. We just enjoy the sunshine, crystal clear blue water and palm trees swaying in the breeze.
