We’re taking back the burger. Fresh and imaginative, we combine unique recipes with local produce for mouth-watering results. From (very) humble beginnings the mission was always clear. We want to do right by your tastebuds, your soul and our planet.

Marketing support
Marketing contributions received from all Franchise Partners are used to fund national brand building and promotional campaigns. This covers brand marketing, local area marketing support, point of purchase materials, integrated marketing campaigns, public and media relations and new product innovation.
Training provided
Before the opening of your restaurant, all Franchise Partners complete our Management Training Program and must be prepared to work in an existing Burger Urge for at least 8 weeks.
A range of professionally developed systems and procedures are available so that Franchise Partners, managers and staff can constantly improve their knowledge in order to strengthen their operational skills.
Skills
Previous food industry experience is not a necessity but we do require a commitment to devote
your full time focus and attention to your Burger Urge business. Our operations team provide ongoing training and management support to ensure every franchise partner understands the operational, financial and marketing elements of running a Burger Urge business.
