There is footpath trading at the front of the venue and also a coffee window for the passers by to grab their coffee fix on the move. The venue has minimal competition in the area and is directly opposite a school. Heading inside you walk past the large coffee serving area and cake displays to the varied tables and seating. Facing the venue from the rear is the biscuit and cake preparation and display area. Everything served is made and baked on site. Patrons can watch everything being made and see just how much Nutella the venue gets through. There is one toilet at the rear of the venue and a store room.
Biskie has a Restaurant and Cafe Licence for 20 till 10pm which at the moment the vendor chooses not to use. There are six years left on the lease made up of 2+4.
