BFT have incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow the trainers to spend more time concentrating on the members, while the screens direct the traffic! BFTs cutting edge, globally superior technology together with BFTs 4-6 week progressive training blocks with unique strength and conditioning elements to complement the extensive cardio workouts makes BFT both different, and better.
Walking into a huge new brand with a great member base and completly fit out is rare to find, we have gone all out with complete refresh of bathrooms, brand new lighting, beautlful black painted roof to copmplement all the BFT colours within the gym. We love BFT, we love what we have done when we first started visualiasing to the completion of the gym. To look back after 2.5 years we have definetly succeded in growing a great community with great people and amazing staff that all love to walk into this gym! Marketing support
we recieve minimal support on ongoing marketting for our businesses, we create our own content for our social netwrok platforms creating great organic leads while enticing new members to come in and train at this amazing studio. We also use a digital marketing company for ongoing weekly leeds, mainly targetting social networks and the demographic we are trying to target mainly use social media.
Training provided
We offer 1 month support with all systems and books this is included in the sale of BFT prospect. BFT is like one big family, everyone communicates and offers help where help is needed. BFT also have a state manager in place that is very helpful and only an email or phone call away. The state manager is based in SA so coming out to site and having one on one meetings helps.
Skills
all trainers are required to have completed there certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. That is the standard BFT HQ require all trainers to have completed. BFT also require any new head trainer to complete. BFT bootcamp upskill them in all aspects of training and the brand itself.
Length of Agreement
The length of agreement with BFT is 5 years, At the same time we signed a 5+5 year lease term with the lessor of the prroperty at 242 prospect road, prospect. Renewal terms with BFT will be another 5 years once the current 5 years is up, curreently 2.5 years since we first opened.
