Listen To Your Body is an established Fitness brand with 22 years Industry experience, opened 20+ Studios Australia wide, employed over 300 Employees, driven $60M+ in sales and been the longest standing Boutique brand in the Australian Market.

At LTYB, we specialise in Group Personal Training? How? We have 9 training Zones in studios, within those zones, we have multi level exercises the Trainer instructs each individual to execute.  Our workouts are not circuit based which allows personalised programming.

Members have different goals, needs and training background, therefore they should train to their intensity, execute exercises they can do and progress at their own pace.

We target members who need help, support, motivation and know they can train at an LTYB without judgement and most importantly, they can achieve a workout.

Our target market is Inactive 45+ people who are not training, however our range is 12 years old to 80+
 
The cost for the member is between $50-$59 per week and they have a Personal Trainer within a group up to 1 session per day, per week.

About the LTYB Franchise Model:

We have 2 types of Franchise Owners- Firstly, Business minded owners with a passion for Fitness, they are not trainers, however they want to own a fitness studio.

Personal Trainers who are looking to develop their business skills and run a fitness studio.

A high performing Franchise owner will follow systems and processes to a tee, they will drive member onboarding and an elite customer experience whilst motivating/growing a team of up to 4 staff.

High performance studios have 220+ members.

Cost to set up:

$120K-$150K

LTYB Initial Franchise fee $27,000+Gst

$250,000 per year to breakeven (Including equipment lease, 8% Franchise Fee inc GST)
