About the Business

Audiovault Events was established in 2010 as the first silent disco and silent event company in Western Australia.

The business has been showcased both in Australia and New Zealand for a variety of events with clients ranging from local governments, fitness events, major music festivals in WA, youth groups, schools and countless private events. They have actively been involved in popular WA festivals including Groovin the Moo & Fringe World festivals.

The business was a finalist in the Telstra Small Business of the Year in 2014 and 2016 and nominated in 2015.

Business features include:

Extensive inventory of sound equipment
Well established and recognized business
Strong social media presence
Professional website
Extensive database of clients
Over the last two years the owner of Audiovault Events has been establishing and developing a new liquor manufacturing and wholesale business. The significant demands of developing this new business have taken priority over the day-to-day requirements of Audiovault Events

The liquor business is now in the manufacturing and marketing phase. This will require further resources and the full commitment of the owner. The liquor business also requires additional space to accommodate stock production and new equipment required for expansion.

The owner has therefore reluctantly decided to sell Audiovault Events. All business assets can be purchased as a Going Concern inclusive of all sound and recording equipment (replacement value circa $120,000) together with the business name, client database, website and social media addresses. Given the owner requires additional space at the current premises the buyer will need to relocate the business. This will not impact trade as all bookings are made online and the premises are only used for storage, pickup and return of equipment. The business could therefore be relocated north or south of the river to a location to suit the new owner/operator. Timing of relocation after settlement is negotiable.

The asking price as a going concern is $90,000. The owner is also prepared to consider retaining the business name, website social media addresses et cetera and negotiating the sale of just the physical recording and sound equipment used in the business as a standard stand alone asset sale
