About the Business
This is an opportunity to acquire a fully accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Sydney, NSW, with active registration through to May 2033 and an unblemished compliance record across every ASQA audit and review since initial registration.
The RTO currently delivers business management qualifications across three nationally recognised programs: BSB50120 Diploma of Business, BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business, and BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). A new owner can add further qualifications to the scope of registration at any time, as the RTO has already passed the post-initial audit threshold required by ASQA. The outgoing CEO is available to assist the incoming owner with expanding the current scope of registration.
The business holds an active CRICOS registration, making it one of a limited number of private VET providers currently able to offer courses to overseas students. On 19 May 2026, the Australian Government activated a 12-month freeze on all new CRICOS registrations for private VET providers, running until 19 May 2027. This means no new provider can obtain CRICOS registration during this period regardless of budget or resources. A buyer of this business acquires the existing CRICOS registration as part of the sale.
There is no fixed lease. Training is currently delivered from a Sydney site under an existing arrangement with another RTO at no cost. A purchaser can establish training delivery in any State or Territory.
The sale includes a full suite of training and assessment resources for all qualifications on scope, Training and Assessment Strategies, policies and procedures compliant with the Standards for RTOs 2025, and an AVETMISS-compliant student management system currently in use for online domestic delivery. History
The RTO was initially registered with ASQA in May 2020. It expanded its scope of registration in June 2022 and obtained CRICOS registration in June 2023. Operations recommenced in April 2024 following re-registration approval received in January 2024. The RTO was most recently re-registered in May 2026 without audit and holds registration through to May 2033. Every regulatory event since initial registration has been approved by ASQA with no conditions.
