WA Prestige Properties commenced trading in early 2003, located in the rapidly expanding Subiaco area at the site of Subiaco Square, directly above the now below ground train station.

Offering mainly residential sales and leasing, with representatives throughout the western suburbs of Perth, East Perth, West Perth, Subiaco, West Leederville, Wembley, Jolimont and Floreat, the business then expanded into lifestyle acreage properties throughout the outer fringes of the Perth region, as well as business broking.
Today, after more of a decade of mainly flat or little capital growth locally, and then rapidly changing global geopolitical and economic conditions, the company is focussed very much on personal service from the company founder and his executive assistant.
