Chris is a Chartered Accountant and experienced professional business advisor with over 35 years’ experience as a Partner in professional practice and business sales. He has been a trusted advisor to SMEs on business strategy, profit and growth improvement, business taxation planning, business establishment & restructuring, and commercial valuations.

In Business Sales, Merger & Acquisitions, he has been involved in numerous buy/sell transactions for clients including business appraisal & analysis, preparation of Information Memorandums, marketing strategy and facilitating buyers, negotiating contracts and dealing with legal advisers and contracts.

He has practical “hands on” ownership experience with commercial property and property development, licensed premises in the hospitality industry, and luxury accommodation in the tourism industry.

Chris also has extensive experience in the sporting industry in governance roles as an Administrator. He is a former Deputy Chairman of Cricket Tasmania (Director from 2004 – 2021), and a life member of Cricket North West (10 years as President).

Chris is a Tasmanian local, having lived at both ends of the State. He is very knowledgeable in the commercial and business environment in Tasmania.
