Our Agency whilst only new (2023) on the real estate scene has many years of activity within WA.

Our Principal David 'Harry' Hipworth JP commenced in the WA real estate industry in December 1992 with LJ Hooker Karratha.

From these early days he has progressed his experience and in 2001 became the Licensee of the same Agency. He remained with LJ Hooker Karratha until 2018 when the business was sold.

Then in 2019 he was selected to move to Alice Springs to take up a senior managerial role for a major international organisation.

In late 2022 that contract was completed and he returned to Perth, then in mid 2023 a former Client with a multitude of Pilbara/Gascoyne commercial and residential properties heard he was in Perth and transferred his property portfolio over to safe hands for management.

Since 2023 our Client base has grown steadily within the NW and also the Perth Metro Area.

We pride ourselves on the fact we are a small boutique Agency that provides 'Real service - Not lip service'.

We will research and provide truthful analysis on what is placed before us, we not guided by the commission because if you perform your tasks well then you will be adequately rewarded.
