Initial Meeting and Research

We’ve always found that the best way to research a franchise is to go and see it in action. Our first step is to meet with you and for us to get to know one another a little better. We’ll visit some local franchises to help determine if our business is the right fit for you.

Application

Next you’ll submit a personal application to join our brand. This gives us the information necessary to determine your timeframe, geographic preference and some background on your skillset.

Discovery Day Tour

We like to invite candidates to visit our Australian Headquarters in Sydney for a Discovery Day Tour, where you have the chance to meet some of our Australian Executives and visit some more of our locations in Sydney.

Company Executives

You will have the opportunity to talk to some of our Executive Team in the US office to get a feel for our company culture and to meet the people driving the company.

Training

Upon joining the brand, travel to West Palm Beach, Florida for the first 2 weeks of your extensive training program. We have a training school every month. We understand that everyone works to a different schedule, and we want to ensure that we follow the process to help people start their own business the right way.

Signarama

Signarama Joondalup franchisees Craig Mason and Shane Craig, in a major boost for their signage business and the franchise as a whole, won the 2012 Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) National Franchisee of the Year award (two or more staff category). The prestigious award was in recognition of their unprecedented double-digit growth. Since its inception in 2000, the Joondalup franchise has won several awards and was also inducted into the Signarama Hall of Fame in 2010.
