Our adventure started opposite a popular Melbourne beach in 1981 and quickly turned into a fully blown obsession – to craft the finest homemade ice cream. Nowadays we’re one of Australia’s longest running boutique ice cream makers.
In 2011 we decided to create a store that captured the authentic spirit of a traditional ice creamery yet in a contemporary setting. The first Will’s Batch Ice Creamery commenced trading in Bentleigh in 2012 and we have added stores in Elsternwick and Beaumaris. Having fine-tuned our concept, we’re looking to grow and offer enthusiastic and motivated people the opportunity to grow with us.
Our ice cream is made from scratch with dairy that’s farm fresh. We carefully select seasonal fruit for our vegan friendly sorbets. All our products traditionally handmade by artisans, we do not use generic pre-packaged blends. Our products are made to our own unique recipes and most of our flavours are gluten free and egg free.
It’s fair to say we’re completely obsessed with ice cream.

Our Will’s Batch ice creameries are well established and easy to run. Our menu is simple to follow and our back of house processes operate efficiently. We churn the ice cream daily at our Williamstown HQ and deliver it to you. It’s all designed to be seamless which allows our partners to focus on the art of running their stores.
