10 Steps toward becoming a Sheds n Homes Franchise Owner

  1. Submit an enquiry by completing and sending the form on this page.
  2. We will contact you by telephone and provide an obligation free overview of our Franchise, the industry we work in, available territory opportunities, our product range, training, marketing support and set up costs. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you decide that you like what Sheds n Homes has to offer and want to find out more we will send you our Franchise Brochure and some application forms.
  3. You now need to complete and return the application forms to us. They provide us with some basic information about you and a Confidentiality Agreement that enables us to send you our detailed confidential financial, legal and operational Franchise Disclosure package.
  4. Once you have completed and returned the application forms we can now send you our Franchise Disclosure Package by registered mail. If you prefer, our Business Development Manager can personally deliver it to you, provide a demonstration of the software and have further discussions with you about the business including answering any questions you might have.
  5. You review all of the Franchise Disclosure documentation and seek independent legal and financial advice.
  6. We arrange for you to speak with existing Sheds n Homes Business Owners including a visit to a Sheds n Homes outlet should you wish to do so.
  7. We continue to answer any questions you might have.
  8. You are invited to visit the Sheds n Homes National Office (this can be done at any stage through the process once you have completed the application forms)
  9. You make your final decision on whether to become a Sheds n Homes Business Owner.
  10. Your Solicitor is issued with final Franchise Execution Documentation for you to review with him/her. If satisfied you return the signed Franchise Execution Documentation to us after 14 days. You are now a Sheds n Homes Franchise Owner and are booked in for training.

To be honest, it would assist however it is not essential. The new distributor training covers in detail the ins and outs of the industry leading shed design and quoting system available throughout the Sheds n Homes network.

Yes. Sheds n Homes offers steel kit buildings in a predominately face-to-face sales environment. Customers who are looking for a high level of service shop at Sheds n Homes. We can also design and quote over the phone, as well as servicing clients who wish to take care of the build themselves.
