Step 1. Register your interest.
Let us know who you are by telling us a bit about yourself. Do you have any OC Management experience? (not a pre-requisite) What's your background? Why are you interested in what we're offering, doesn't have to be detailed, we just want to start to get to know you!
Step 2. We'll call you.
We'll call you and have a chat about the opportunity and get to know you a little better. If it seems like there could be a fit, we'll proceed to a more formal criteria check.
Step 3. It's time to meet!
If you meet our criteria then we'll sit down with you and go over the opportunity in more detail, our unique model and address any questions you may have about us. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement at this stage in order to receive more detail from us.
Step 4. It's reading time
We will provide you with the disclosure document and financial information to consider. This can take some weeks as we have a legal obligation to provide you with enough time to consider everything we've told you and for you to get independent legal advice.
During this period you can meet current licensees and spend some time behind the scenes getting a feel for the day to day of Strata Management.
Step 5. Locking in the details
If both parties still want to proceed we'll set down again and discuss details and timelines.
Step 6. Sign up
With all the details squared away and timelines agreed to we're now at the pointy end and it's time to commit to each other. On settlement you'll be required to make payment of the license fee and then you can hit the ground running.
Step 7. Training
Over the initial 3 weeks you will undergo fairly intensive training and from then regular professional development and ongoing mentorship from the business owners on how to get ahead. You will need to be highly self-motivated to get yourself up to speed on the Owners Corporation Act 2006 and understand the various legislative requirements of Owners Corporation Management, which will involve a lot of reading.
Step 8. Enjoying the benefits
