We have an experienced and supportive group of over 100 business owners who share and nourish our successes and brand. We believe in One Brand One Voice, and work together to achieve great things. We have a formal Brand Advisory Committee made up of business owners and endota management to ensure our efforts to grow and support endota are aligned.

Each year we host a national franchise conference to reward business owners and workshop best practices. Our therapists award nights, to recognise the achievements of our best therapists, are held once a year in each state.

Steps to becoming an endota spa franchisee

  1. Initial Enquiry
    Following your first contact with our business development team, we will outline the application process and respond to any queries you might have. We will then send you our Franchise Overview – Starter Pack (and Application Form) which is full of information on endota spa and the franchise relationship, and answers many frequently asked questions.

  2. Interview
    Following receipt of your confidentiality agreement and Application Form, and if your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a personal interview with our business development team. 
    Prior to this we will ask you to pay your Application Deposit of $2,000. If your application proceeds successfully, these funds will be applied to the costs incurred in preparing and executing your franchise documentation.

  3. Due Diligence
    Once your Application Deposit has been received, we will agree a timetable for you to complete your due diligence and to establish your firm commitment to continuing the process. You will be provided with our Financial Planning Guide, including a business plan template and budget developer, along with historical sales figure analysis from the endota network. This will assist you to assess the prospects for success in your chosen location.
    We will support you in this process and also ask you for comprehensive background information to help us evaluate your application. You will also be sent at this time copies of our standard franchise documentation.

  4. Reference checks
    We will advise you of our intention to contact your professional and personal referees as set out in your Application Form. We will also now finalise receipt of all necessary background information and checks.

  5. endota spa head office visit
    Following the satisfactory completion of your business plan, draft budget, and due diligence, you will be invited to our support centre to meet our senior team members. This will give endota spa and yourself the opportunity to learn more about your application. We will also let you experience an operational endota spa and present to you detailed information on the performance and operations of the endota spa network.

  6. Due diligence update
    At this stage we will provide you contact details of existing endota spa business owners to allow you to complete your due diligence enquiries. At this time, we would hope you have established your own plans for the business, begun assessing various locations and be ready to make your commitment to an endota spa business.

  7. Instruction to proceed
    Your application will now be weighed by both parties and a decision be sought on progressing. By now we would expect you to have begun discussions with lending institutions to secure the funding required for your venture. You should also begin instructing your legal or accounting advisers as to the best corporate structure for your business.

  8. Franchise documents
    Following your approval, and commitment to joining the endota spa network, we will instruct the issue of your franchise documentation.
    These will be issued to you, together with an invoice for your franchise fee. We would expect monies to be received within seven days.
    You must return an acknowledgment receipt form in order directly to acknowledge receipt of the above documentation. A 14 day disclosure period begins from the date of the acknowledgement receipt form where a prospective franchisee must seek advice from their solicitor and or accountant prior to signing the documentation.

  9. Site selection
    Once payment is received and signed documents are returned will support you in sourcing suitable sites. This may involve travel to spend one or more days visiting suggested locations within your territory and meeting potential landlords.
    We will then assist you, as required, in negotiating with these landlords to secure the most commercially advantageous terms for you tenancy.

  10. Induction, design and training
    Our business development team will determine and book your induction and training programme. We will introduce you to relevant departments of endota spa who will work with you before and after opening your spa and set a training schedule to be completed in the lead up to opening to help you set up and feel comfortable in the day-to-day operation of your new spa.
