Wash Drones is modernising commercial exterior cleaning with precision drone technology. Our accredited systems clean building façades, high-rise structures, solar panels, water towers, silos and other difficult-to-access assets without relying on scaffolding, rope access or risky manual work at height.

Our technology has been proven on complex Australian projects. Wash Drones became the first company to clean an Australian public building by drone at Liverpool City Library, completed the four-storey Shangri-La Hotel in Cairns in one week and restored the iconic Big Merino without scaffolding or high-risk platforms.

Our franchise network launched in 2025, with the first wave of franchise partners operating across Geelong, Melbourne North and South West Sydney. Every operator works within a structured safety and compliance framework designed to meet CASA requirements and protect service quality as the network grows.

Franchisee Recruitment Process:
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that you are the right fit for the brand, that you have the financial capacity to succeed, and that you are fully supported from the very beginning.

The steps are as follows:
Initial Call
You’ll have an introductory conversation with our team to discuss your background, motivation, and goals.
We’ll provide an overview of the franchise opportunity and answer your initial questions.

Financial Model
You will be provided with a financial model to review the typical investment structure, costs, and revenue assumptions.
This helps you make an informed decision and discuss your financial readiness and expectations.

Application Form
You will complete a detailed application form, including your background information, business experience, and financial capacity.

Meet the Founders
You will attend an online or in-person meeting with the founders or brand leadership.
This is your opportunity to ask in-depth questions, align values, and confirm cultural fit.

Due Diligence
You will provide funding documents (proof of funds, loan approvals, etc.).
We’ll help set up your company structure in preparation for franchise ownership.

Legal Documentation (2-Week Disclosure)
You will be issued with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Franchise Agreement.
You are legally required to review these documents with independent legal and accounting advice during the 2-week disclosure period.

Cooling-Off Period & Franchise Fee
Following disclosure, you’ll have a 2-week cooling-off period.
You then pay the Franchise Fee to secure your opportunity.

Granting of Franchise
Your franchise will be officially granted.
You will be welcomed into the network and begin onboarding and training.
