Arrive On Time's Story
Arrive On Time was founded in 2000, in Mornington, by Paul Anstis. He was disappointed with an appliance repair experience and realised that it could be done better. Over 20 years later and having learnt from a few early mistakes, the system is robust, simple and profitable for all involved.
Benefits of Working with Arrive On Time
All marketing is done by Arrive On Time. There is no requirement for a franchisee to spend on marketing. We also run a call centre to take, make and manage all initial booking requirements. Once the job is booked, the client is managed by the franchisee until the job is complete.
The training period is 10 weeks, during which time any job you do with your trainer will be your job, and therefore, your income.
Full training is provided in all areas of technical knowledge and fault finding regarding washing machines, dishwashers and dryers. We also offer ongoing, lifetime support from the trainer and the other technicians in our group.
Training will also be given in the client management system we use, spare parts supplies, taking payments and all other aspects of managing your clients and your business.
No qualifications or experience are required to perform well in this industry. Our Franchisees come from many different industries and the only thing they have in common is a willingness to learn, an open mind and ability to hold a screwdriver and work logically through a problem.
Any skills you don't bring can be taught, but we're not looking to re-invent the wheel. You have to be willing to put your ego in your back pocket and absorb a lot of information during training.
