We have since grown to over 1,000 stores worldwide (over 60 in Australia since 2009) and our team serve more than 400,000 customers per day.

The Chatime Advantage
Low Setup Cost
Setup costs start from just $250,000. This includes design and documentation fees, training, shop fit-out, stock and equipment. There is an ongoing monthly royalty of 5.5% and a marketing levy of 3%. Chatime is accredited with ANZ bank and funding is available to approved franchisees meeting their criteria.
Proven Business Model
We have grown to over 60 stores in Australia in the last six years, making us the biggest freshly brewed tea company in Australia. Over the years we have refined and improved our operations and built a dedicated base of customers. Chatime is a proud member of the Franchising Council of Australia. If you are granted a Chatime franchise opportunity, you will benefit from our experience in the industry, and our proven and profitable business model that will allow you to build your own successful business.
From the outset, you will be supported with an extensive training program and assistance in managing your business. We provide a minimum four-week competency training and induction program, including two weeks in a dedicated training store with a qualified Chatime training manager by your side. Our operations team will continue to be on hand to provide assistance with recruiting staff, store management and day-to-day operations. You will also have access to our online training and support system to assist you and your staff in all your training needs.
Your store will be equipped with a point-of sale system, which also operates the Chatime loyalty program. Our team offers full support to help you overcome technical problems with minimal business disruptions.
As a Cha time franchisee, you will be given access to our attractive, high-quality marketing material to help you stand out from the crowd. Our Chatime marketing team will support you with marketing campaigns that engage and delight our target market. We will run national campaigns across social media and digital marketing channels, as well as seeking out traditional media sources that will communicate to our customers. As a franchisee, you will be assisted in running local area marketing programs to drive more customers to your store.
