As a "Brumby's of the future” new franchisee, we will provide you with the training required to run a Brumby’s store which includes areas such as practical and theoretical baking, business management and customer service.
As part of the Retail Food Group (RFG) franchise network, you will commence your Brumby’s franchise induction at our Training Academy alongside our team of skilled Franchisee coaches.
Our induction programs and all training is a competency based process which is designed to promote confident, capable and proud operators of their Brumby’s store.
At Brumby’s we take the process of selecting our franchising partners very seriously.
Our franchisees come from all walks of life and have various backgrounds and life experiences.
We do not require that you have experience in running a bakery, rather that you have the right personality, outlook and aspirations.
