Our support office team administers every aspect of the business for all your day to day operational and training support needs. Help is always available and franchisees and team members are welcome to contact the support team via phone, email and a community forum.
We believe in frequent communication and creating great relationships within the Brazilian Beauty community and therefore, we facilitate four-hour monthly franchisee and coordinator meetings. At these meetings we share experiences, consolidated figures and decide as a group where to spend the 3% group-marketing fund.
Conferences with guest speakers are held frequently to foster the community and further develop each team member’s skills. Here we learn and share as a group to nurture and strengthen the Brazilian Beauty network.
