Superior Support

Our support office team administers every aspect of the business for all your day to day operational and training support needs. Help is always available and franchisees and team members are welcome to contact the support team via phone, email and a community forum.

We believe in frequent communication and creating great relationships within the Brazilian Beauty community and therefore, we facilitate four-hour monthly franchisee and coordinator meetings. At these meetings we share experiences, consolidated figures and decide as a group where to spend the 3% group-marketing fund.

Conferences with guest speakers are held frequently to foster the community and further develop each team member’s skills. Here we learn and share as a group to nurture and strengthen the Brazilian Beauty network.

  • From deciding to proceed with a Brazilian Beauty Franchise to opening your Salon’s doors can be a three to six month process outlined below.

 STEP 1 Complete the franchisee application form and email it to for consideration.

STEP 2 Meet with Brazilian Beauty Founder and CEO Francesca Webster to review actual salon financials, KPIs and benchmarks.

STEP 3 Your application will be considered against Brazilian Beauty’s extensive franchisee criteria, which       includes how you fit in with the company’s ethos.

STEP 4 If you are successful in steps one to three, you will be required to pay a fully refundable $5,000 deposit to commence a location and territory search.

STEP 5 The Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Document is made

STEP 6 Your salon’s location is identified, lease negotiated and franchise territory established.

STEP 7 The Franchise Agreement and lease is signed, with the full franchise fee payable.

STEP 8 We welcome you to the Brazilian Beauty team and your training and business journey begins!
