History
Keto Direct was born over a doctor's appointment.
A doctor asked me to try out a Ketogenic lifestyle as every other pill/treatment/diet failed.
It worked and my health steadily improved. Family and friends has noticed the changes of my health and start showing interest in Ketogeic way of eating.
I wanted to spread the access to healthy foods to everyone I knew. We started with 30 products and work from home back in 2017. We are now in a warehouse and catering to customers all over the country!
