Training provided
Included in the purchase price is an initial intensive pool care training course covering practical, on-site training as well as office-based theory and business training. This follows your 3-day Jim's Group Business training at the Jim's facility in Melbourne.
Continued learning and development from your Franchisor and suppliers, and online resources are all included with your business.
Franchisees also complete the National Certificate 3 Pool Technician Qualification to ensure continuous development, and an expert team.
