We deliver an integrated national marketing program across multiple mediums, intelligently engaging our audience with a fun, vibrant and most importantly informed program of activities! Our marketing is designed to educate our families on how to unlock the potential in their children through participation in our classes.
Our Franchisees are supported to carry out local area marketing activities that are relevant to their specific demographic through the provision of toolkits and bespoke design to suit the different needs of each Territory.
Training provided
Franchisees are required to attend Initial Franchise Training coupled with Teacher Training before they commencing classes. The world class and unique content of the Gymbaroo programs are to us as the recipe for the ‘secret herbs and spices’ are to KFC – PRECIOUS! We will ensure that all franchisees and their staff are ready to execute our programs correctly at all times through ongoing training and professional development. The Franchisees - 1 Teacher and 1 Assistant will work hands on with you until you are fully trained to take over
Skills
• Passion for early childhood development
• Franchisees are not required to have a qualification UNLESS they intend to teach classes.
• All Gymbaroo Teachers must have a tertiary qualification in education or an allied health
field.
