Marketing is supported from National promotions, as well as new product releases. Franchisees are also assisted with local store marketing, to increase brands awareness. Cross promotions are also carried out with various suppliers, with some seasonal products also released accordingly.
We provide full training for all new franchisees which covers aspects of food prep, ordering, rostering, hiring and general operations. Initial training can range from 3-4 weeks. Ongoing support is carried out with operations staff, who assist with store standards and operational matters.
We love franchisees to have a passion for people and product. We can train you in all facets of the business. You don't need prior food experience, as we can train you in the actual store operations. As long as you have a real passion for giving exceptional customer service, and presenting the best products possible - then you are half way there. We also cover aspects of food safety and store management.
Our franchise agreements are always aligned with the store lease. If an option period is offered, this is also covered in our franchise documents.
