Its colourful and original artwork is composed by synthesising and digitalising Mexican folk arts from the indigenous Huichol people. Unfortunately, the owners of Sol y Luna have to relocate and have decided to sell their mobile catering business.

The food truck dimensions are 8.0 m (L), 2.4 m (W) and 3.9 m (H) (CAD drawings available).
The kitchen equipment includes a Turbo Air KR25-2 Upright Refrigerator, Turbo Air KWR12-2 Undercounter Refrigerator, Turbo Air KHR12-2 Preparation Fridge, LUUS CS-4B3P Burner (4) (600mm) Griddle (300mm) Cooktop, LUUS GTS-9 Griddle Toaster (900mm), LUUS FV-45 Basket (2) V-Pan Fryer (450mm) and Roband BM4C Counter Top Electric Hot Bain Marie.
