Hobart All Salts of the Earth centres are situated in a shopping strip with strong foot traffic and close to local amenities like banks, supermarkets and convenience stores. We have a Property Manager who can assist with locating and securing a site.
We work with our Franchise Owners to create a strong pre-opening strategy, followed by ongoing marketing plans and continued support to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Marketing materials are provided by the Support Centre, utlising an extensive library of collateral. Campaign strategy is based on a data-driven approach to generating return on investment.
A Marketing Fund is used to drive: • Social media content and advertising • Development of marketing materials • Targeted marketing campaigns • Local area support
All Salts of the Earth Franchise Owners go through: • Three day Induction Program • Two week On-Site Training Program for you and your staff
Topics covered in initial training: • Understanding salt therapy and its language • How to communicate • Pre-opening sales and marketing • Recruitment and staffing • All operations of the business • Sales broken into product sales and service sales • Local area marketing
Ongoing training: • Regular training sessions available for you and your staff • Webinars, manuals and classes
