Reason for Sale
As a family business, Paddlecraft was a husband & wife partnership, with Helen working in the business as the main manager for the 15 years of trading & provided a successful work / life balance to raise a family in the Northern Beaches. With both children completing university and high school studies, the sale of the business was targeted for 2020 2021 financial year. However, the unexpected marital separation of the two partners in 2018 has required the sale of the business to be moved forward
