Marketing support
No franchise royalties apply. Pedders Suspension supplies it's own range of Pedders branded products. The Pedders advertising fund is administered by Pedders and all franchised businesses as well as those owned and operated by Pedders contribute to the fund. Pedders franchisees are required to pay 5% of their monthly gross revenue (capped at a maximum contribution per month) to the Pedders national advertising fund which is directed to national marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads to all Pedders stores.
Training provided
Pedders prides itself on being able to offer its extensive in house training. Considering the complexity and diversity of steering, towing, braking and suspension componentry, as well as the huge opportunity the knowledge brings to this area, training is seen as pivotal to the success of increasing steering and suspension sales available to our customers.
Skills
Suitable applicants must demonstrate great people skills, leadership, business development acumen and a passion for all things automotive. Sales is a key facet of our business and we sell to both the automotive trade and retail. Our recent franchise business opportunity offer is our “Manage To Own” business model. This enables pre-qualified candidates to invest into and manage a new/existing Pedders franchise business for up to five years on a managed program to own the business at the end of the five years as a Store Manager
Length of Agreement
Along the way, there is a host of training and bonus performance targets applicable to meet with an overall 5-year expectation. After the 5-year qualifying period is completed successfully the candidate then becomes a fully-fledged franchise service centre owner. This is a unique opportunity for suitable candidates to purchase an independently successful franchise with low entry costs and shared/reduced business risk.
