Our founder, Jon Kontopos, has over a decade of aged care experience in Australia and has a clear vision to be the leader in the care industry. Jon is joined by Michaela Brown as Chief Operating Officer. Michaela has 15 years’ experience working across the Aged and Disability sectors, including in-home care, nursing homes, group homes and retirement villages.
