Melbourne Eastern Suburbs BOQ are seeking new franchises to join our network in Melbourne. We have a number of opportunities in the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs for the right candidate.

You will receive a comprehensive induction program to ensure you are fully equipped for your exciting new business venture. This is supported by ongoing training and development for both yourself and your team. We also offer a Business and Financial Coaching program.
Some of the attributes we're looking for in BOQ franchisees include:- Recent experience in running a retail bank branch or Business Banking portfolio of clients in the Australian Banking system with a proven sales record in: o Retail, Business and Equipment Finance Lending o Collateral product sales • Strong business acumen/experience in running a business area • Business development and networking • People leadership and coaching • A desire to run your own full service bank branch and play an active part of your local community.
Length of Agreement
The initial term of the agreement is 5 years with a conditional option for a further 5 years.

BOQ has been a provider of banking and other financial services since 1874. The Bank appointed its first “Private Agent” as an owner and operator of a Bank branch over 25 years ago. As at 22nd August 2017 the Bank has 108 Franchise branches and 73 corporate branches as well as 9 Service and Transaction centres throughout Australia. The Bank also has a number of Business Banking and Equipment Finance centers located throughout Australia.
