We're now seeking passionate individuals in Christchurch, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki to join our collaborative community as Facilitators and Trusted Business Coaches.
As a TAB Franchisee, you'll operate your own independent business with fully managed member invoicing through Head Office, while leveraging our established brand, proven systems and extensive support network - comprehensive and ongoing training provided!
Your role involves facilitating monthly peer advisory boards for non-competing business owners and individual coaching sessions. Picture yourself guiding diverse groups that might include a café owner, service station operator, transport company director, online business entrepreneur, or logistics manager - all sharing insights and holding each other accountable. You'll help your members overcome challenges, identify growth opportunities and stay focused on their goals - making a tangible difference in their lives and businesses.
Whether your members are scaling their operations, planning for retiring, or navigating industry-specific challenges in sectors like hospitality, retail, or professional services, you'll provide the strategic guidance they need to succeed.
We're looking for people with business backgrounds - former executives, business owners, or professionals with 15+ years of experience who want to apply their knowledge in a meaningful, impactful way. Comprehensive training on our tools, systems and services is provided.

Start Strong with World-Class Training and Support
Franchisees receive comprehensive training to set them up for success. Beginning with one week of online training, followed by an in-person training week, two weeks of hands-on support during their launch and additional follow-up week online. Training covers facilitation, coaching, tools, marketing, sales and communication. Access resources, templates and personalised materials. Continuous support includes your own board with expert advice from Head Office and experienced franchisees.
Franchisees have the security of a 10 year term with the option to renew for an additional 10 years.
