Marketing support
Most of the advertising is done by your franchisor, this may include Online advertising via Adwords, SEO & GMB, Flyers & TV. Most of the time we have more work than we can handle. But you also have the opportunity to advertise locally in your own territory.
Training provided
Exclusive Jim's Group training is provided. We will teach and show you our systems and software. You will also get to meet Jim Penman and he will explain how he started - you will get to meet our CEO and other franchisees & franchisors in the group.
Skills
A Jim’s Mowing franchisee can come from any background and work/ life experience. No Mowing experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. Length of Agreement
All our franchises come with a 20 Year Agreement. Within the 20 year period - you have the option to sell your business at anytime.
About the Opportunity
39 Regular clients, spread between Katoomba and Valley Heights, with an estimated income between $55k and $60k from those regulars. The majority of the clients are regular mowing with the balance made up of regular gardening clients. Opportunities exist to do additional work for a large number of these clients should the new Franchisee wish to do so. This franchise also comes with a $2,000 “Paid for Work Guarantee” per week.
