Jim’s Fencing already has more work than it can handle, however, to assist you in winning business we have a custom quoting software program for our franchisees to use. We also have great social media presence across the main platforms. Our Franchisor’s will also assist you with local area marketing if needed to help build your business, which builds on the training you will receive at Jim’s Group national office.
Training provided
Everyone is scared about “will I be able to run my own business?” Our training and support is second to none. With the comprehensive 8-week training program you will learn administration, job allocation, customer service, quoting, general office procedures, the techniques of building high-quality first-rate fences and of course, how to run a successful profitable business!
You will also attend the 3-day Jim’s Group generic training course in Melbourne, where you will receive intensive business training and also meet Jim himself.
Skills
No skills required, we will teach you everything you need to know. What we require is you to be hard-working, self-motivated and someone willing to follow the Jim’s System. With these qualities there is no reason why you can’t make a substantial income with Jim’s Fencing. You will learn the necessary skills at the Jim’s Group training course and also during our comprehensive 8-week Jim’s Fencing specific training program that will equip you with the skills needed to operate a successful fencing business.
