The location of these Franchises are all over Brisbane but the Jims System allows you to work wherever you like. This is a mobile service so your home can be your office. All locations are available upon request
Marketing support
Your Marketing fees will contribute to the lead generation that Jims provides. Please request reports on this when you make your enquiry. Refferal is 100% yours so your dedicated franchisor will support you with your local area marketing to develop your own word of mouth and business to business relationships. This marketing support comes with a $2000 a week income guarantee
Training provided
All Training in the classroom and in the field is included in the franchise. The modules of training are:
Jims Group Orientation (3 days)
CRBI (Completed Residential Building Inspections) (5 days)
New Construction Stage inspections (4days)
Termite and Timber Pest Training (10 days )
This training is accompanied by Supervised inspection training until you are accomplished in each service.
Skills
Our pre requisites are registered builders. You need to be Licenced in QLD to conduct the inspections we do
Length of Agreement
Our agreements are for 20 years with no fee for renewal. There is no restriction on how long you stay in he business. We have a cooling off period of 14 days after signing. There is no penalty if you decide to surrender your business.

Jims Building Inspections was started by a Builder in 2010 who saw an opportunity for builders alike to get off the tools in a much less stressful business. He developed an industry leading application to drastically reduce the paperwork and the speed of reporting. Knowing this business is predominately a mobile residential business the Jims brand was well suited. The business has now grown to 150 franchisees across Australia and New Zealand.
