About the Opportunity
Just Better Care is a Community Care Franchise whereby Franchisees recruit and manage qualified personnel to deliver in-home care and support.
We are passionate about supporting people to live the quality of life they want in the place that offers them security and comfort – their home.
Just Better Care provides a wide range of in-home services including aged, disability, in-home nursing, respite care, home cleaning, companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation and much more. We are continually updating and changing our services to suit the changing needs of our customers. Care can range from visits once, twice or more a week or daily through to live-in and 24 hour care.
Australia is growing faster than at any other time in history and the population is living longer. The number of people aged over 85 years is predicted to increase by 30% in the next 10 years. It is estimated 80% of these persons will require some level of care and three in ten will have been diagnosed with dementia and require long term care.
In addition, 14% of Australia's current population is currently aged over 65 years (3.5m persons) and predicted to exceed 20%+ of the country's population by 2045.
Government funding in both disability and aged care sectors provides consumers with more choice and control over how their funding package will be utilized and who will provide the care. Just Better Care provides both disbility support services under the NDIS and aged care services via Gov funded Home Care Packages.
Marketing support
Establishment marketing activities and strategy provided as part of launching the brand in new territories, plus ongoing local business development roadmaps and collateral.
In addition, the Franchisor maintains a comprehensive National Marketing program to promote and expose the brand on a national basis.
Training provided
Comprehensive training and onboarding support is provided to all new Franchise Owners. This includes training and guidelines on operating a community care business, plus workforce recruitment and management, service delivery, IT and operating systems, financial management, sales, local area promotions and business development. In addition, on site practical support in newly established offices is provided to ensure seamless transition into business ownership.

Having the skills to network and promote the brands services is a key advantage and one that is ideally suited to our franchise system
Whilst industry experience is always a great starting point, we look to attract business minded entrepreneurs as a large component of operating a successful Just Better Care franchise is growing and managing the business, i.e. sales, business development and workforce management.
