Potential
You do not need training experience. GW is easy to learn. We will train you over 3 days. There is huge potential for the successful Licensee. For example a two-day training course for 10 can generate approx. $10,000 - plus ongoing course & wholesale product sales. Skills
Sales and business skills would be helpful. Initially, you could easily manage the business & training yourself, or we can train your nominee as a Trainer. With a NSW population of 8+ million to service, you may eventually have 2 or 3 part-time trainers to assist you. They could work part-time on a shared revenue basis under your management. Possibly past students.
To support the Licensee, your trainers and students Anna has developed a comprehensive online reference GW Members Resource Library of 16 training videos and illustrated PDFs.
Hours
Work your own hours. No pressure. Building a successful business takes time, so we don't expect immediate results.
Lease
Venues can be hired as needed - conference rooms, council rooms, gym yoga rooms, studios, club rooms, and halls etc
Employees
You don't need employees. You will find past students will be keen to train for you on a part-time basis, on a share revenue basis. Because they become passionate after seeing the results for themselves they become excellent advocates and trainers.
Reason for Sale
As the visionary behind GW Facial Therapy®, Anna McBride has trained more than 75 students (mostly in QLD) in GW techniques. Now in her sixties, she still enjoys training but nowadays only for small classes of 2 to 4 at her home. Anna prefers developing new techniques and treatments for her Licensees. Anna's ongoing role will be to support the IP Licensee by training the trainers, developing new techniques and treatments for training purposes, and adding to the GW Members Resource Library.

GW is suitable for existing beauty, massage and natural therapists and individuals seeking a new home business or career change as a GW Facial Therapist.
The Treatments: There are a number of different treatments. These treatments are easy to learn from a qualified GW Trainer. It involves gentle but firm manipulation of facial muscles using Japanese face lifting, contour shaping, and sculpting techniques.
Treatments are usually charged at $110 to $130 an hour.
Training Courses: you will determine the prices but as a guide for indicative pricing you could probably charge $700 to $1100+ for two-day courses and $395 to $595+ for one-day courses.
We recommend classes are limited to a manageable 10 students to retain exclusivity and quality. Skincare retail sales and product sales to students for treatments and sales to their clients can significantly benefit the Licensee and their students.
The online GW Members Resource Library: GW Facial Therapy® is available for each student who has purchased a GW Training course from you. This library aids quality control and boosts confidence, providing reference resources with 16 videos and illustrated PDFs. Continued subscription helps therapists maintain treatment quality and integrity and keeps them engaged, increasing the likelihood of attending more training courses and product sales.
Student Profile: Your sales approach may target a range of students. Individuals seeking part-time work from home or existing therapists. GW is designed to attract people without any prior therapy training or experience, such as nurses, carers, hairdressers, teachers, administrative staff, etc. Additionally, therapists already trained in a modality, working part-time from their home clinic, and looking for additional techniques to add to an existing treatment or a brand-new treatment to offer to increase income may also be interested. Following training, with the support of the reference & confidence-building online GW Members Resource Library, therapists can then start offering GW treatments to clients.
The Renewable IP License: The IP Licensee shall pay an initial one-off 3 year License fee of $55,000 & then a Monthly Fee of $1,100 (5 years can be negotiated if required)
The Licensee will retain 85% of the training fees they generate.

History
We have only just commenced organising IP lIcenses with NZ, the UK/EU and Nth America in our sights. Our first License was allocated to Zita in SA late 2024.
